Cook, David W. age 43, of Burnham, IL, formerly of Dolton passed away on February 20, 2005. Beloved son of Howard and Alice Cook; loving brother of Tami Cook; dear nephew of Ruth Cirullo, Betty Krska, Joanne Willoughby, and James Singelton. Special friend of Candy Jones and Billy Vanderborg. Visitation Wednesday, February 23, 2005 from 3 p.m. until time of funeral service at 7 p.m. at the Smits, DeYoung-Vroegh Funeral Home, 649 E. 162nd St. (Rt. 6/159th St.), South Holland, IL.
