Baldwin Sr. M.D., David 83, beloved husband of Cornelia (nee Williams), loving father of David Jr. (Jane), Robert (Amy), Timothy (Karen) and Peter, grandfather of Samuel, Charles, Mason, Jeffrey, Courtney, Kristina, Megan, Carey and Benjamin. Memorial service Saturday, 4 p.m., at St. Chrysostoms Episcopal Church, 1424 N. Dearborn. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his memory to Rush University Medical Center Student Scholarships, 1700 W. Van Buren St., Suite 250, Chicago, IL, 60612.
