I just learned about the passing of Dan O´Malley. We lived next door to Dan and Trish for 20 years. He was the best neighbor you could ever hope to have. When we needed help, Dan would drop everything and do whatever he could for us. If Dan couldn´t help, he knew a guy who could. He talked to everybody and had lots of friends. A real stand up guy, a real Chicagoan. And funny to boot! We will miss him dearly.

Dan will always be in my heart. I will always remember his kindness, his struggles his crazy jokes and our laughter for hours. May God cradle Dan in his beautiful light, giving him peace, love, and life everlasting.
