My father and Danny's father were friends. They used to bowl on Sunday Morning and as children we would also go to the bowling alley. It was there that I spent time with Danny. This would have been in the mid and late 1950's. I did not know Danny as adults. During the summer of 1962 I worked for Chester in his business. Helen was also there. Often over the years I would think of Chester and the thought would also bring Danny to mind. I know my Father and also my mother thought very highly of Helen and Chester.

Dan was a client, but turned into a mentor for me, really. He was a magnificent leader - always focusing on finding and developing his high potentials. He also became a friend, and I learned a great deal from him. I am so saddened by his death, and send my deepest sympathies to Marcia. Roberta Jannsen

Marcia:
Words alone cannot express the the sorrow we feel, or relate the deepest sympathy we hold for you in your loss.
Dan was a remarkable man, and although I only knew him from our visit to Florida, his good nature, strength, and resiliency
only made me wish I would have known him better.
Our prayers are with him, you, and your family.
Bless you,
Joe and Marcia Friedman

Marcia, Dan hired me 28 years ago. He supported and inspired me throughout my career.. He gave his time to his partners and was a friend. He made us laugh and was BK's symbol of pride.. I stood in his office on Saturday and was just in awe about his passing. With Love,

Marcia, I went into Dan's office on Saturday and stood there in awe. He hired me 28 yrs ago and supported me throughout my career. He was a fan of so many and that was instrumental in making BK who we are today. I miss him and everything he stood for.. May you feel comfort in knowing from others what you already know and that is that Dan was great. With love

I was so very sad to see that Daniel had passed away. He was an outstanding member of the community, a great guy, husband, and father. And a pretty good cousin, too. We will miss him. Take care of yourself and the girls.

As a former client of Dan’s, and having experienced the personable vibrancy and dedication that he put into his work, but more importantly, having witnessed the positive attitude that he continually maintained and shared with everyone every time we worked together, it is with much sadness that I offer my condolences to his wife Marcia and their family.

Marcia and Family,
What a great man!
During my almost 20 years with the firm, I witnessed him transforming BK into the phenominal accounting firm that it has become. Mostly through his dedication and hard efforts.
In many ways he was also a mentor/teacher to me as Controller of the Firm.
He will be missed by many.
My thoghts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
May God bless him and all of you.

I am sorry sad to hear about cousin Dan's passing. I was a pleasant surprise to have him present from my grandmother's funeral in 1993 and my parents that Dan/Marcia have kept in touch ever since. My condolences to the entire family

Vicki and I want to express our heartfelt condolences to you and your family. As you said, we loved Dan as did everyone who knew him.
The firm will never be the same. If not for his guidance and support over the last 24 years, I would not be here today.
I hope you find comfort in the arms of your family and friends during this most difficult time.

Marsha, I am so sorry for the loss of your best friend and life's companion. I understand your sorrow and know personally that this loss will impact you for the rest of your life. Know that the memories of good times and laughter will become more vivid as time goes on. You were blessed to have had 43 years of marriage with the legacy of children and grandchildren.
