Doren, Cy beloved husband of Laila "Lauha" (nee Hirsimaki), loving father of Dr. Gregory (Karen), David, Julie and Glenn Doren, devoted grandfather of Hannah, Kyle and Allison, dear brother of Mary (the late Daniel) Titelman, Ben (Charlotte) Doren and Sharon (Melvin) Spear, many loving nieces and nephews. Services Monday, 1 p.m., at the Chicago Jewish Funerals Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road (one block north of Lake Cook Road), Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom. Dear Liala, Ben, Charlotte, Mary, Sharon and Melvin,
It was with great surprise and sadness that I read about Cy's passing. My mom (Ruth Sherry) and I think of all of you often and speak of what a wonderful son Cy was to Pearl and what a generous individual he was to all. I'm sure his absence will be felt by many. All of my love to the whole family during this difficult time.
