Dunn, Constance (January 27, 1941 - December 18, 2013) Ms. Constance Dunn, 72, of LaPorte, Indiana (formerly of Chicago, Illinois), died Wednesday, December 18, 2013. She was born January 27, 1941 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Frank Sarbieski and Pauline (Myszkowski) Sarbieski. She was a member of Saint Florian Church, 13145 S. Houston Ave., Chicago, IL 60633. On November 5, 1960, in Chicago, IL, she married Philip Jagielski who preceded her in death March 30, 1982. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Barbara Poninski and Rose Stevenson; son, James Jagielski; eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; 2 sisters, Katherine Bless, Rose Nowak; and brother, Bernard Sarbieski. Arrangements are being entrusted to Haverstock Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 602 Maple Ave., LaPorte, IN. Constance wishes were to have her body donated to science. Connie is reunited in Heaven with her Husband and son, Philip Jagielski, along with her daughter Rita Stahl, and grandson Matthew Poninski. Connie looks over her Grandchildren;

Eleanor, Stephanie, Philip, Taylor, Nathan, Michelle, Amanda, Josiah, Andrew, Caleb, and her Great Grandaughter Edyn

A wonderful woman will be sorely missed.
