I had the honor and pleasure of having Chris as my Big Brother in TKE. He ALWAYS looked out for me and made sure to check up on me by calling or visiting after he had graduated. Chris was more than a fraternity brother and friend to me and will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

Dear Rodenberg Family,
We were so shocked and saddened to hear about Chris. We didn't have the pleasure of knowing Chris for a long time, but we were lucky to have known him at all. He was so kind and so funny. He always spoke fondly of his family and Jen. And it was always a pleasure talking to him. Please know you are all in our thoughts & prayers. We will miss him too - Always remember those we love and lose are no longer where they were before; they are now wherever we are!

I extend my deepest sympathies to the entire Rodenberg family as I share the following:
No person is ever truly alone.
Those who live no more,
Whom we loved,
Echo still within our thoughts,
Our words, our hearts.
And what they did
And who they were
Becomes a part of all that we are,
Forever

You all remain in my prayers,

Harold

Scott, Rose, Jen, Jeff, Alan, and Sarah:

Please accept my family and my deepest heart-felt condolence on the loss of your son/brother Chris!

I have often heard that God takes only the best, and, as chritians, we do not challenge his wisdom or his great plan for us all!
Chris certainly was one of the best!
A friend to all he met, he had the gift of personality and love!
He surely shall be missed by all that knew him!

I know that little can ease the pain and sorrow you all feel, but, hopefully, and in time, you all can find peaceful solice in the thought that Chris has finaly gone home and is now in the loving presence of his best friend; his Savior and Lord, Jesus!

Scott,
You told me that you all had 28 great years with Chris, a feat that almost ended before it began!
Now, some might say that that is far too short, but, to you and your family, and all that Chris befriended, it was a lifetime of joy and fond memories!
I hope that your saddness will soon be overshadowed by these great memories, and laughter once again enters your hearts; as that is what Chris would certainly want for you and us all!

May God bless and comfort you all during this difficult time!

With our sincere sympathy,

Tom Noble & family

To his mom, dad,Jen,Sarah,Jeff,Al and Sean, you know how much we loved him. He loved you guys so much too and always spoke about and was proud of his family. His family was important to him. To his special girlfriend Jen, you made him happpy and he waited for you. I still remember meeting you last year at my house and you were the first girl he ever introduced me to. I will pray for you. Chris was a great guy and best friend to my son Bryan. He was like one of my sons and always part of our family. I will miss him dearly. I pray that we all can somehow understand and accept this great void and pain in our hearts and believe he is in a better place. It is so hard right now to do that. We didn't get to say goodbye. I love you Chris and please watch over us now.
