Funeral Monday, 9 a.m. from Modell Funeral Home, 5725 S. Pulaski Rd., to St. Turibius Church, Mass 9:30 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Member of Polish National Alliance, Croatian Fraternal Union and Cicero Concertina Circle.
