Well, I just wanted to give my sincerest regrets to your family, but Kelly's note has made me weep uncontrollably, What a wonderful letter and God Bless your Family in this time of need. She truly was a wonderful woman and great neighbor.

You were my friend and you treated me like I was part of your family. You sent me tomatoes and peppers from your garden in summer and bags of treats on the holidays. You joked with me and said things no one else had the nerve to say. I am so grateful to have known you and loved you. God speed dear friend.

Well hi Gram it's me Kelly. I just wanted to say it's been a wonderful journey and I love you with all my heart. You are the strongest woman I have ever known and truly my hero. I cannot thank you enough for all you did for me and words just cannot express how much you will be missed. You fought a great fight and now it's time for you to rest. Here's to all the cups of tea we shared together, the many walks we took, the thousands of scratch off lottery tickets we tried so hard to win, all the grocery bags I left your house with...always filled with goodies or household items, sneaking downstairs in the middle of the night in Vegas to play the slots, the many trips to the mall with Col and the kids, and of course the last 28 years of going to your house for Christmas Eve where the toys and gifts were never ending. You had a gigantic heart gram and I only wish I will be half the woman you were. I am very proud to be your grandaughter and I will keep you in my heart forever. I love you and as Col said, "ring the phone once when you get there!" Give Grandpa a hug for me and I'll see you again soon.
