Charles Rodgers Obituary

Charles O. Rodgers, 82, of Bethlehem Township, PA, died February 22 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem.

He was the Vice President of Castle Tool Specialty Company, Landsdowne, PA, until retiring in 1981. Prior, he was a Buyer at Philco Ford, Philadelphia, for many years.

Born in Chestnut Hill, PA, he was the son of Osela "Charlie" and Silvia (Frymire) Rodgers. He was an active member of First Baptist Church, Bethlehem and former member of Chelten Baptist Church, Dresher, PA.

Charles is survived by his wife, Betty Jane (Moorehead) Rodgers, son C. Scott Rodgers of Hanover Township, PA, and 2 grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held February 26 at 10:00 AM in the First Baptist church. Calling hours are February 25 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM in the Church. Interment is in the George Washington Memorial Park Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA.

Contributions may be sent to First Baptist church, 3235 Linden Street, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
