I'm really going to miss my dad and going to lunch with him at Schallers and Ramova. Also, I really appreciate everyone picking him up when he would be walking down the street to go get his pop, candy, and lottery tickets. Thanks to everyone for your kind words about him. Love you Dad.

So sorry to hear of Chuck's passing. Guess I'm one of the few who would still call him Chuck. Haven't seen him in many, many years; but still have great memories of all of us piling into the car to go to the outdoor movies. Am thankful he, and all "the Popp boys" were part of my life as I grew up. Will keep them all in prayer and smile with thanks at what is surely a wonderful reunion celebration in heaven.

We are so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. We both lived next door
to him when we were kids. He took me to school everyday when I was
in first grade. What a guy. He will be sorely missed. We will be praying for him and for all of you. Char & Jim Kelly

Thanks to all, we really appreciate all of your kind words and prayers. Many people expressed how they will miss him and think of him fondly.
I'd like to think of my dad reunited with his brothers and watching over their families. I'm sure that the brothers are at peace with their parents.
Charlie will be laid to rest at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Cemetary on Monday at 2:15. Finally got the verification after today's services.
Again, thanks to all.

Gerri, I'm so sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. It is with deep sorrow that we send our condolences to you and your family. Charlie was a great team mate of mine and I'll never forget that. It will never be the same when I visit Canaryville and not see Charlie going for his lottery numbers. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Gerri and Family, I will surely miss seeing Charlie everyday on his porch and will also miss his quip, "cooking again El?" when he would see me bringing home dinner.
He will be missed. Your neighbor and friend,
