Cooper, Charles L.

Charles L. Cooper, age 88, of Oak Lawn, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. Charles was born January 13, 1934. Beloved husband of 68 years to Millie (nee Boschain) Cooper; Loving father of the late Michael (survived by Susan) Cooper, and James (Pamela) Cooper; Cherished Papa of Christopher, Patrick, Caroline, Jennifer, and Brittany; Great-papa of Lila, Henry, and Lorelai. Fond uncle to many. Charles spent 42 years of his working life with the Union Pacific Railroad holding many roles, most recently as a conductor. Longtime member of the Oak Lawn Methodist Church. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday June 21, 2022 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Blake-Lamb Funeral Home 4727 W. 103rd Street, Oak Lawn. A Chapel Funeral Service will follow on Wednesday June 22, 2022 at Blake-lamb Funeral Home beginning at 11:00am. Interment private at this time. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.blakelamboaklawn.com for the Cooper family
