Dear Diana & Family ~

I am so sorry I am not able to attend the mass for Charlie today. Please know that my heart is with you all as I have been pouring over memories of your husband/father all week, especially this morning.

Charlie was a true leader who genuinely cared about the people who worked for him. His laughter was infectious, his growl ferocious, and his integrity unmatched. Truly one of a kind in this business. His tough love approach earned him the love and respect by those who had the privilege of getting to know him, like myself. I will treasure my "Charlie stories" with the few still around the jobsites who learned under his watch.

God Bless you Charlie, I hear the golf courses and fishing holes in Heaven are amazing!
