Hey Uncle Chuck! There is not a day that goes by that I don´t think about you. I miss you so so much! I know you are my heavenly Angel looking down on us everyday and protecting us. I´m selfish though and wish you were physically here instead but I know God had a different plan for you. Say hi to the family for me. I love you so so much

I miss you so much! I wish you were here so I could talk to you and bounce things off of you. You were always there to listen and have great advice. I think of you everyday. You should see your grandsons. They are just handsome and such great boys. Your "little guy" is not little anymore. He has grown up to be such a great husband and father. He learned that from you. He looks just like you too. Just wanted to say hi and tell you how much I love you and miss you

Uncle Chuck

It's been a year since you were so suddenly taken from us and it still hurts every day. You were always there for me and I could talk to you about anything. You are such a wonderful man and now I know why my parents asked you to be my Godfather. You will never know how much you truly meant to me because I didn't tell you often enough.

As I reflect on the past year, there have been plenty of times I have talked to you and asked for your advice and you have guided me. You are my Angel amd I count on you.

You would be so proud of your family and how they are handling everything. Paulette is so strong and such a wonderful mother and has done a fantastic job with Angela. Speaking of Angela, she has grown up to be a beautiful, smart woman and is the spitting image of you. You would be so proud of her. Your "little guy" has had to grow up so quickly and become the man of the family and you would be so proud of him as well. He truly is the man of the family and watching out for everyone.

I know we are not to question God and everyone has there time to come but I still just don't understand. I miss you so much and I love you so much. You will always be close to my heart and never forgotten. I LOVE YOU!!

LOVE ALWAYS, your Niece and Goddaughter, Shelly

To My Dearest Husband Chuck (My Soul Mate):

It has been one month since I last held you, and it seems like eternity. I cannot get those last moments we were together out of my head. I relive them constantly, and wish I could have saved you. You left us too fast and too soon. Only if we had one more day, but then I would have wanted another and another.

Every morning at 7:10 a.m. I hear you cominig in the back door from work, the dogs racing toward you, and you yelling hello to your girls (Angela and I).

Speaking of Angela, please give me the strength to raise her. Send me signs and whisper in my ear so I can do a good job. I do not know how I will do this alone, but want you to be proud of the woman she will grow up to be.

Besides Angela and Chuckie, you gave me the best seventeen years of my life. I was happiest when we were together, and the problems we had along the way only made us closer and stronger. I must say though that there were more good times than rough.

I did not tell you enough how much I love you and your smile. But, you know I did and always will. Our love was no make believe or pretense. It was real and we showed it by all the things we did for each other. We were there for each other no matter what--big or small things. I was there sitting in the car while you got your haircuts and you always waited paitently for me in some alley while I was shopping downtown. And, we were both always there for Angela. We were her biggest fans and supporters. These were all good times.

I will keep your life alive everday with all my memories until we are together again. Angela and Chuckie are constant reminders of you and we always share our fondest memories and all your idiosyncrasies. We chuckle together always about them, but I cry alone.

All My Love, Paulette

Dear Chuck "Sonny"

God took you much too soon.We were going to have a wonderful day for your sons wedding. We were so looking forward to the rehersal dinner and all of us together to celebrate, but we don"t question God. With all of the sadness i remember the happy times with you! You and Ruthann gave me a beautiful Grandson who i love so much. We had special times together that i will never forget. Anytime i needed you, you were there for me, you were and always will be my older son. The walks, the talks we never ran out of things to say or laugh about. We didn"t see each other for awhile, but you never left my heart. You are gone but you will never be forgotten. Everytime i look at Chuckie i will see you and remember.

Love You,
Granny

Uncle and Godfather, (Charles Billows)

Words cannot describe the sadness that has come over our hearts. We sit and try to make sense of the tradgedy that has struck us this past week but we just cant. It wasnt your time Uncle Chuck and only God knows why he took you so soon. We loved you very much and wish we just had one more night together to talk about the past times we did spend together, but even though you are not with us on this very night we are still talking, laughing, and crying about all the fun, sad, crazy and just plain hilarious times we have had. I hope you know how loved you are and always will be, you will be in or hearts forever, yes you are gone but definitly not forgotten! UNCLE CHUCK YOU WERE EVERYTHING TO US, YOU ARE OUR HERO, UNCLE, AND GODFATHER AND WILL ALWAYS AND FOREVER HAVE A PLACE IN OUR HEARTS. As for Chuckie our dear cousin practically brother we love you soooo much and we hope you know that we are always here for you not only during this time of sorrow but always no matter what. We sit and think about what your going through and all we can do is cry. We cant say enough how sorry we are for your loss but Chuckie things will get better in time. Think of all the great times you have had with your dad, he loved you more than words can explain and would do absolutly anything for you. We love you and wish you the very best!

Hey "Unks" I miss you terribly. I regret I didn't spend enough time with you over the last couple years. Those of us left here didn't have a chance to know you well enough. I will never forget you and always cherish the good memories, and the crazy ones. ( nintendo golf ) yeah, you know. Thanks for being there when I was young. I looked up to you. You made a tough time easier for me. As I sit here pondering this tragic event I struggle to find the good, but I know it's there. I will always miss you. Thanks for being my Uncle, and Godfather.
