Proeh, Celia (nee Mishel), age 97, beloved wife of the late Harry, loving mother of Victor (Barbara) Proeh and Gloria Kaiser, adored grandmother of Marc (Nicole) and Eric (Beth) Chibnik, Jeffrey (Margo) and Jonathan (Amy) Proeh and Julie (Cort) Lewis, proud great-grandmother of Justin, Jenna and Morgan Lewis, Austin, Alec, Gavin, Gabrielle, Harry and Jennifer Proeh, Annina, Alexander, Lily Chibnik and Drew Davis, cherished sister of the late Morry, Jack, Henry and Max Mishel, treasured aunt and great aunt. Graveside service Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. at Waldheim Cemetery, Gate 202, 18th & Harlem Ave., Forest Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions to JUF, 30 S.
