Denny SR.
I was thinking about you today and how I miss you since you retired and moved away. I came across this on an internet search. I did not know Cathy, not sure if I had even met her, but absolutely I am shocked and deeply pained. I know what the loss of one of my own kids (natural or by marrage) would do to me. Guy, you have my deepest sympathy and love.
Denny Jr.
We have met, although you might not remember it. I have also spent a fair amount of time with Denny III. I wish I could hug the both of you right now. You have my deepest sympathy. I would like to help, but how can I, especially after learning of this so late? Perhaps a suggestion, which you have likely gotten from all those that care about you....live your life to make Cathy proud. Guys, I care. Thank you for being part of my life.
I LOVE YOU SIS!!

Cathy was a fun member of "the group" on the 5:25 train. I'll remember her as quiet and cheerful with a bright spirit. She will be missed by all of us who shared time on the train with her.

Dennis and Denny, I cannot begin to tell you how sorry I am for your loss, our loss. Cathy was special. She was light spoken and so caring, but so strong. You both meant the world to her. Dennis, thanks for being such a great husband. She loved you with all of her heart. I hope you find peace in knowing that her hurting is over. She will be with you always. Thank you for filling her life with happiness. She went through so much but in the end she was not afraid of death. It is all part of life she would say. She took it all in stride whenever bad news would come she had faith in knowing that God had a plan for her.
Denny, your mom loved you so much. She isn't finished watching over you. She will always be there. Follow your dreams and make your mom proud of you.
Cathy, Thank you for the laughs, the memories, the long talks that we had, the shoulder that you let me lean on when my world was falling apart. Thank you for being you. You added so much to my life and I will miss you every day.
I will always remember running in the fountains, the bean, the HR meetings where you were a real leader. You made us feel like we were important and that we did matter. And above all I remember you telling me that you really, LOVED WHAT YOU DID.
You added so much to all of our lives and you will be missed. May you rest in peace. You deserve it.
I love you
Peggy

Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there.
I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that swiftly blow.
I am the diamond glint
on newly fallen snow.
I am the sunlight
on ripened grain.
I am the soft and gentle autumn rain
When you wake from sleep in the early morning hush,
I am the swift, uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft, starlight at night.
Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there.
I do not sleep.

MY MOM IS A SURVIVOR
My mom is a survivor
or so I've heard it said.
But I can hear her crying at night
when all others are in bed.
I watch her lay awake at night
and go to hold her hand.
She doesn't know I'm with her
to help her understand.
But like the sands on the beach
that never wash away....
I watch over my surviving mom,
who thinks of each day.
She wears a smile for others...
a smile of disguise!
but through Heaven's door I see
tears flowing from her eyes.
As I watch over my surviving mom
through Heaven's open door...
I try to tell her that angels
protect me forevermore.
I know that doesn't help her...
or ease the burden she bears.
So if you get a chance,go visit her... and show her that you care.
For no matter what she says...
no matter what she feels.
My surviving mom has a broken heart that time won't ever heal.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.
