Grabowski, Casimir "Casey" J. beloved husband for 61 years of Pearl (nee Paprocki). Member of the Greatest Generation. Veteran of the U.S Navy having served in the South Pacific. Born in Chicago 82 years ago to Konstanty and Veronika (nee Ptasienski), who preceded him to heaven, dearest father of Roger (Mary Ann), Thomas (the late Anjuta), Joan (Robert) Burnell, Marianne (Vincent Hillery), devoted grandfather of Roger Jr. (Misako), Sarah (Michael) Harte, Dr. Julia, Paul, Elizabeth Burnell, Alina Hillery, Melania Hillery and Luiza Hillery, fond brother-in-law of Julius (the late Anne) Stachura, Mildred (the late Leonard) Ledger, Theresa (Alex) Provenzano, Robert (the late Sylvia) Clark and the late Henry Paprocki, and the late Thomas Paprocki, cousin, uncle and friend to many. Funeral Service Saturday, 10 a.m. from the Schielka Addison Street Funeral Home, 7710 W. Addison St., to St. Francis Borgia Church, 8033 W. Addison St. for a 10:30 a.m. Mass. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation Friday 3 to 9 p.m. Life member of the L.O.O.M. River Park Lodge, 2578, VFW Post 3579 and American Legion Post 335. Former owner of C.P. Engineering.
