Carol was the best sister anyone could have and I was fortunate to have her. She was able to love, listen, forgive, support, and care for those who touched her life. I always referred to her as the best person I knew--so good you had to save her from herself. Her last years were a struggle and even though her life is past she has given us all wonderful and joyful moments to remember.

...On behalf of my mother Ann McGuire and myself we extend to you our heartfelt condolences. Carol and Jim were both wonderful friends, neighbors, and teachers. Those of us who were fortunate to know them truly appreciated them, enjoyed their friendship, made new friends through the classes that they offered and have many happy memories of the good times we shared.
