Loving mother of Steve (Donell), Joe (Lydia), late Tony (Lisa) Sarcinella, Lisa (Mile) Momcilovic), Tina (Kevin) O'Keefe & Jack (Kara) Sarcinella. Devoted grandmother of 11. Dear sister of Vince (Sandy) Zampillo, Jack (Angela) Zampillo & Vicky (late Philip) Simmons. Fond aunt of many nieces & nephews. Visitation Friday 2-9 p.m. Funeral service Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. from the Elmwood Chapel, 11200 S. Ewing Ave. Chicago to Church of the Annunciata. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials to the University of Chicago Center for Liver Disease 1170 E. 58th Street Chicago, IL 60637 in Carmela's name appreciated. 773-731-2749.
