Jaeger, Carl G. age 80, formerly of Skokie and Belleville. Retired hospital administrator, Veteran U.S. Army WWII; past Grand Knight, Fr. Stroot Council #3243, Knights of Columbus. Beloved husband of the late Bonnie L. (nee Schultz), dear father of Phillip, Joan (Wayne) Matejka, Lynda, Gail (Joseph) Wrzesinski, Patty, Charles (Gail), Mary Jane Calabria, Steven, Monica (Michael) Lubben and Jim, cherished grandfather of Jeffrey, Colleen, Bryan, Tim, Michael, Joshua, Tim, Jamie, Katie, Brooke and Hannah, fond brother of Sr. Aloysius, Sr. DeSales and the late Jaye Van Damn. Funeral Thursday, 10:15 a.m., from Haben Funeral Home, 8057 Niles Center Road, Skokie. Mass 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter Church, Skokie. Interment St. Peter Cemetery, Skokie. Visitation Wednesday, 3 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Masses or memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
