Dear Marilyn and family,
I was so saddened to learn of Burleigh's passing. You have my deepest sympathy, and I will be praying for all of you at this difficult time.
I always remember looking up to Burleigh (literally and figuratively) when I was growing up and enjoyed his sense of humor and interesting take on things.
love,
Phyllis

Marilyn, We are sorry to see your husband has passed away. We met him at the class reunion. It was good to catch up with you. We are traveling to Illinois from Alabama. Sorry we won't be able to attend services. We send you Love and Prayers to give you strength.

Marilyn I am so so sorry for your loss. Burleigh was such a great guy. I'll never forget how you two did my families genealogy on my Dad's side. Running all over hunting down birth records and marriage certificates. So wonderful of you guys! Invaluable to my family as my passed away not to long after so I would never get that information. My Dad didn't seem to keep track!
I'm sorry I can't be with you on Tuesday in person. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
Much love,
Peggy Meisterling

As the sun rises and brings us a new day the memories your family have of you will wipe away those tears of sadness from their eyes and the ache of grief that clutches at their heavy hearts and through the days of endless fog they will see the love your legacy leaves behind for all to cherish now and always.
