Waszak, Bruno R. beloved husband of the late Lois (nee Peloquin), loving father of Terrence (Alice), Steven (Marta) Col. USAF, Kevin (Cynthia), Brian, Jeffery (Alisa) and the late Robert Waszak, proud grandfather of 8, also survived by a brother, Joseph Waszak and three sisters, Eleanor Porozinski, Joann Golombeck and Dorothy Waszak. Retired from Northern IL. Gas Co., Veteran U.S. Army WWII, 1st Calvary Div. South Pacific, Battle of Luzon. Member of American Legion Post #1156. In lieu of flowers, memorial to Ingalls Rehab and Hospice Center, 1 Ingalls Dr., Harvey, IL. 60426. Funeral Tuesday, 9:30 a.m., from Hickey Memorial Chapel, 2429 W. 127th St., Blue Island, to Seven Holy Founders Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Interment at St. Benedict Cemetery. Visitation Monday, 2 to 9 p.m. 708-388-1636
