Jerry and Family,
Although I didn't know Brian, I was so saddened to learn of the news. I do remember him in front of your parents house when he was very young, and running into you with him at the Old Country Buffet a few years back. I don't know what to say except that my prayers are with you and your family at this time. It really makes you realize what is important- good health and family. He must have been very strong. Jerry, I hope you even remember me!

Jerry and Patty,
Words cannot express my sorrow at your loss. Brian was a terrific, noble, funny kid growing up in the best way with a terrible disease. His pain has come to an end, we'll remember him for all of the joy he brought during his life and for the way he brought a community together in his name.

I still remember having Language Arts with Brian in 7th grade with Mr. Olson. He always sat in the back corner without a care in the world. I always thought, "I wish I could be like that!" He always knew how to make people feel better and laugh, and was always willing to listen to anyone that needed listening. He was a good friend and a good person. He always knew just what to say to make my dark clouds go away. Brian was the strongest person I've ever know. He will be truly missed

My heart goes out to your family for a life taken too soon. After knowing Brian from hebrew school, and high school I can honestly say that he lived every day to his fullest, and never saw the negative around him. I know he fought his hardest until the very end and will be missed. RIP Brian.

He was a great friend-I will miss him very much. He always accepted me and the rest of us his band of brothers. He accepted us for the things we could not accept with in our selves. You will always be loved and remembered. We will never forget him.
