Harris, Bette (nee Deutsch), 87, of Highland Park, passed away, Saturday, July 16th, beloved wife of the late Neison Harris, loving mother of Kathy (Robert Jendra) Harris, King (Caryn) Harris, and Toni (Ronald) Paul, proud grandmother of Pam (Joseph) Szokol, William (Linda) Friend, Scott Friend, John (Stephanie) Harris, Charles Paul, Kelly Paul, Alan Paul, and Laurie Paul, proud great-grandmother of 8, dear sister of Barbara Shear and Helene Merz. Graveside services will be held Monday at 12:30 p.m. at Westlawn Cemetery, 7801 West Montrose, Chicago. In lieu of flowers, contributions should be sent to The Family Institute, 618 Library Place, Evanston, IL. 60201.
