Bertha Martinelli Obituary
Bertha Martinelli (nee Weinmeier), 96 of Lake Villa, Il. Went home to be with the Lord and her loving family, on November 17, 2021. She was born on December 15, 1924, in Winona, Kansas. Loving sister of Joseph (Flo) and Cheryl (Walter) Falardeau. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph, parents George and Mathilda Weinmeier, brothers John (Rita), Robert and sisters Fabiola (Bill Fore) and Margaret (Carmen) Cerabona. Bertha is survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Bertha's life was a blessing and her memory a treasure. She is loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure. Visitation will take place on Monday, November 22, 2021 from 3:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Cumberland Chapels 8300 W. Lawrence Ave. Norridge, Il. Funeral Tuesday, beginning at the funeral home at 9:00 a.m. and then proceed to St Priscilla Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Entombment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines.

We lived next door to Bertha for 18 years. Bertha was such a sweet person with a heart of gold. We moved to Wisconsin in 2005 and every year we received a Christmas Card and sent a card as well, including this year since I didn´t know of her passing. We would visit with her when we come to our old neighborhood. She will be missed very much! May you Rest In Peace with Joe in Heaven, God Bless You.
