Dear Seglin Family,
Please accept our deepest sympathies on the loss of Bud. He was a lovely man and a wonderful lunch companion for my Dad. We know how difficult it is to lose a second loved one so soon after you have lost the first. Our experience has told us to remember the good times. Memories are wonderful and laughter is a comfort.

To the whole family:
I have very warm memories of Mr. Seglin. About 30 yrs. ago, when on occasion I went to visit (and even spend a few days) at their house with my college roommate and friend, their daughter Patti Jo. I was a foreign student, didn't know or understand a lot of stuff, but I did understand Mr. & Mrs. Seglin's warm welcome and affection, expressed in many wonderful ways. That's what life is about, and that's how they lived: simply, lovingly, "helpfully" A ready smile, a fatherly hug, a ride to the store...a sense of safety that there was a nice couple there in the background to help me if I needed it. You had wonderful parents, and my prayer is that God will comfort you with many happy memories as well as the assurance that His love is there for you always, even through the "valley of the shadow of death".
Much love from Clelia
