Lipkis, Bernard age 88, beloved husband and best friend of Harriet (nee Epsteen), loving father of Lila George and Evan (Sheree) Lipkis, proud "Poppi" of Eve (Chris) Vogt, Adam (Kaylie) George and Aimee Lipkis, adoring great-grandfather of Niki, Samantha and Carly Vogt, fond brother of Beulah Pulitzer and the late Esta Goldstein, dear uncle, cousin and friend. Service Thursday, 11 a.m., at The Weinstein Funeral Home North Shore Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. Si called us and told us about Bernie.
It's been a long time since we have been in touch but memories of Bernie and you are all good. We all loved him and are sorry to hear of his passing. Some of the meetings where we got to see each other are vivid and we shall never forget our friendship.
