Lattyak, Bernard Joseph WWII Army Veteran, age 84, at rest December 31st, in Kalamazoo, MI. Beloved husband of the late Erika R. (nee Schoenberger), loving father of Ellen (John) Arundel, Bernie (Barb), Deborah Lewis and Sandy Griffin, cherished grandfather of Rob, John, Debbie, Caryn, Margaret, Dree, Jake, Sam, Joe and Erika, great-grandfather of six, fond brother of Joseph, Michael and the late William, Edward, Emil, Cecelia, Mary and Lillian Haberichter, loving son of the late John R. and Anna C. (nee Dolenak), he is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services Monday, January 5th, 9:15 a.m., from the Adams, Winterfield & Sullivan Funeral Home, 4343 Main St., Downers Grove, to St. Mary Gostyn Church for 10 a.m. Mass. Interment Clarendon Hills Cemetery. Visitation Sunday, 3 to 7 p.m. Memorial donations to the Benedictine Sisters of Our Lady of Sorrows Convent, 5900 W. 147th St., Oak Forest, IL 60452 appreciated. 630-968-1000.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
