Katz, Bernard B. age 89, of Northbrook, proud WWII Veteran, Chairman of the Board and President of Bernard Katz & Assoc., a prominent and respected real estate developer since 1951, beloved husband and best friend for 30 years of Patti (nee Plotnik), loving father of Barbara (Frank) Morelli, adored grandpa of Greg and Joey Morelli, Stacey Katz Goldberg and the late Daniel Katz, proud great-grandfather of Jeffrey, Joey, and A.J. Goldberg, cherished brother-in-law of Gerri (John) Gruden, Michael (Rozanne) Plotnik, Marylee (Peter) Bertolas, and the late Steven Plotnik, treasured uncle, great uncle, and friend of many. Service Monday, 10:00 a.m. at Am Shalom, 840 Vernon, Glencoe. Entombment Memorial Park.
