WWII Veteran Fighter Pilot., beloved husband of the late Bennie (nee Garelick), loving father of Amy (Stuart) Savitz and Nancy Lee (James) Molesworth of New York, cherished grandson of Spencer and Tyler Savitz, Brittany and Alexandra Molesworth. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago IL, 60611. Service Tuesday, 11:30 a.m. at the Weinstein Funeral Home North Shore Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., Wilmette, IL, 60091. Interment Shalom Memorial Park Cemetery, Arlington Heights. Dear Amy,
My mother who lives in Palm Springs for part of the year heard that your father had passed away and let me know. I just wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you and your family. I can remember going to your house and your father always taking such an interest in me and what was going on in my life whenever I saw him.
