I am repeating my message as I am not certain that it went through and I do want to express my thoughts and feelings about this wonderful person. Judge Novo was my mentor, my teacher and my inspiration for the many years I had the honor of working with him. His knowledge, his inspiration, his sense of humor and his ethics made 1807 a place where disabled children and their families knew that all things that were possible were taken care of by the most knowledgeable, caring and capable person. We were all so privileged to have him in professional and personal lives.

All of us who had the privilege of working in 1807 are blessed both personally and professionally for having known Judge Novo. He was my mentor, my teacher, and my inspiration in my work with children with disabilities and their families. His understanding, compassion, knowledge, sense of humor and ethics inspired all those who had the honor of knowing him and working with him. I am so thankful for having had that honor.

Sweet dreams to my "Dear Poppa Ben". We were so lucky to have you in our lives for so many wonderful years!
You were our friend, our father and and great grandfather.. our eldest member of the family. We will miss our Dinners and Discussions on political issues pertinent to the times we live in now. So rest now.... because you need not worry... the rest is up to those you influenced in life. We will miss you in our lives!

I was just informed of Judge Novoselsky's passing. I will always hold him in high regard. He influenced and impacted me to serve the wards in ways that stretched me for the positive. With the little influence I had, I did my best to carry out Judge Novo's "calling" to serve the kids with all I had. I did my best to pass on this calling to any I worked with. He was a leader of the 18th floor and a leader to me personally. He also cared and had a big heart - I saw that so clearly. Although I will miss him greatly, I will cherish with fondness my memory of him. I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to have a relationship for many years with such a great man. To all his family, I and my family give our best.

God bless, Wayne Madsen
