I worked with Barry for almost 20 years. He was our management company for Orchard court & I was the president of our association. He became like my 2nd dad. He was kind & thoughtful & was always willing to share his knowledge with me. I just found out yesterday that Barry had passed. I am so sorry & I want to send my deepest, heartfelt condolences to all of the Katz family. Barry was a great man & I will truly miss him

Oh, my... So very shaken and sad. BSK was my first boss, my mentor, my consultant for all things real estate and computer. Always willing to help, share, teach and simply be a friend. He will be greatly and sincerley missed.

My thoughts go back to the 1980's when I worked with Barry at Amdur Assoc. He was a great guy and fun to work with. After all these years I smile when I think of him.
