My name is Emily Engstrom I was a piano student of Barbara 's when I was in high school. My first teacher was Virginia Burkhart and when she retired I started studying piano with Barbara. She was a wonderful piano teacher and had a special gift for teaching. The knowledge and training that she gave me has helped me become a successful piano teacher myself. She will be truly missed and I am deeply sorry for your loss.
