I want to express my deepest sympathy to your family. I worked with Barb through News America Marketing/Rayovac, and I always told her she was the best supervisor I ever had. She had a big impact on my life, not only as a supervisor, but as a friend. She was a great, kind and caring lady.

Dear Michelle, Jeni, and Johnny:

Your mom has been in our prayers every night for the last 2 1/2 years. We prayed that she would win this battle, but God had other plans for her. He was ready to share His eternal happiness.

Jeni and Mike, I am so happy that your mom was able to meet little Adella Grace. I know that she is watching over all four of her granchildren now.

Your mom was always a ray of sunshine when we were around. May she live on in all of you.

Our prayers are with you all. May God bring you comfort and peace.

Love,

The Hales

Dear John Jr. and Family,

I can understand how you are feeling right now since unfortunately I have been through a similar experience. My father told me to always "keep my head up" through the ups and downs. Your mom will always be watching over you, inspiring you everyday. Words cannot describe the pain that you are feeling, but know that Erika and I are very sad for your loss, and you are in our thoughts and prayers.

John, I think I only had the pleasure of meeting Barbara once (at a United Christmas party)....but my memory of her is the ever-present sparkle in YOUR eye whenever you spoke of her. My heart aches for you and your family; my prayer is that you know a peace at this time that only God can give. With love,

Dear John & Family,

I have never met your wife or mother but I know John very well. I work with John at United Stationers.

I have the opportunity to see John only a few times a year. Whenever we talk it is usually stories about our kids or family. From the stories I have heard from John I am sure you were very honored to have the kind of mother and wife that will never be forgotten and always loved!

Debbie and I will be making a donation to the ABTA in the name of Barbara Kanche.

Sincerely,

Dear Mr. Kanche, Michele, Jeni, and Johnny,

My deepest sympathies. I hold dear many warm and wonderful memories of your mom throughout our school years together. I always felt welcomed by her beautiful smile. Your home was one full of love, laughter and happiness, and a place we all wanted to be. I know this will continue in your own homes each time you remember her. I will hold these memories close to my heart. All my love.

Dear Jeni -- I am so very sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom. I experienced the same thing last week when God took my father from us as well. You will get your strength to go on from all the other members of your family -- and please don't forget to call on your friends, too. They are there for a reason and want to help. Keep all your Mom's memories alive by keeping her in your thoughts, prayers and conversations. My sisters and I relive all the wonderful moments spent with our Dad every time we speak and it helps us tremendously conquer our grief. I wish you and your family the same.
