Barbara Lee (Noel) Haley, 64, of Covington died Tuesday evening at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Edgewood. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Haley was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond F. Haley in 2004, a son; Robert Haley and her parents; Tom and Lillian Boaz Noel. Survivors include daughters; Tara (Thomas) Campbell of Hebron and Scarlet (Robert) Louden of Covington, a son; Ray (Tina) Haley, Jr. of Independence, her boyfriend; Denny Klare of Covington and 3 sisters; Beverly Hamilton of Florence, Betty Wilson of Dry Ridge and Karen Campbell of Covington, also 10 grandchildren; Jeffrey, Felicia, Jeremy, Kayla, Thomas, Emily, Robilyn, Haley, Kara and Morgan. Funeral Services 12 Noon Friday, February 11th at Middendorf-Bullock Funeral Home, Covington. Visitation begins at 10:00 a.m. Friday. Burial St. John Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell.
