Barbara J Bergthold (nee Bright) 70, longtime resident of Frankfort was born in Moline, IL to the late Robert and the late Katherine Bright and passed away May 24, 2023. Beloved wife of Joseph Bergthold Sr.; loving mother of Joseph (Dana) Bergthold Jr, Brian (Jeanine) Bergthold, Kristen (Matt Wisch) Bergthold, Brandon Bergthold, Deanne (Gene) Morrell, Kerry (Jesse) Gonzalez; proud grandmother of Raegan, Tyler, Keira, Brynn, Kyle, Kailey, and Aubriella; dear sister of John (Jane) Bright; cherished sister-in-law; fond aunt to many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 65 Old Frankfort Way Frankfort, IL on Thursday June 1, 2023 from 3-8pm. Funeral service will be the following morning at Hickory Creek Church 10660 W. Lincoln Highway Frankfort, IL at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be in Barbara's name to your choice of The American Cancer Society or Lightways Hospice Joliet IL.
