Cross, Arthur Lee age 60, of Chicago, Illinois, died Friday, January 13, 2006, after a short illness. Loving husband of Barbara (nee Harrington), beloved father of Valayia, Teresa (Spencer) Mathis, and Angela (William) Muzzall. Lt. Arthur Cross dedicated 25 years to the Chicago Fire Department. Wake at A.R. Leak and Sons Funeral Chapels, 7838 South Cottage Grove, Chicago, IL, Saturday, January 21, 2006, 10 a.m., funeral at 11 a.m. Interment at St. Casimir Cemetery, 4401 West 111th Street, Chicago, IL.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

My heartfelt condolences are extended to the entire Cross family, you are in my prayers. Sherese and I have been a part of this family for over 20 years, Angie has been a special friend of ours, we go way back and Mr. Cross has been like a "Dad" to us, he will be sadly missed. Hi Cross Family-
I just wanted to take the time to say that my hearts go out to each one of you but know that God's got it and He will give you the strength and inner peace, just ask Him for it!
I have been a best friend to Angela for over 20 years and I looked at Mr. Cross like my dad. We truly grew up together and I have fond memories of him and will keep him in my heart forever.
Luv you always and you have my support whenever you need it.
