Dear Diane and family,
How saddened we were when Michael called to inform us of Armen's passing. Our hearts and prayers are with you. We will always remember Armen as someone the young soccer players could look up to, someone to respect and love. He was a very kind-hearted person. Hopefully, the many wonderful memories you have of him will comfort you.

As Armen's son-in-law, I had a front row seat on how to be a husband, father, father-in-law and grandfather. If I am able to achieve only a fraction of what Armen did in his too short life, I will have accomplished an incredible feat. Anyone who met Armen, even if only briefly, were drawn to him and instantly liked his personality. He will be missed more than I can bear and by more people than I can count. For my children and their cousins, they have lost the best Pa any child could ever have. You set the bar pretty high Pa, I'll do my best. Goodbye "Little Father." You will always have a place in our thoughts.
Love,
Big John

Our deepest sympathy to you Diane and your family. I grew up with the Damerjian family in Chicago for over 60 years and knew Armen well. Ron Damerjian is one of my closest friends. What I recall about Armen over these many years is his warm smile and easy going approach to life. Tonight my wife and I will be at church and we will request a prayer for Armen. Our hearts and prayers go out to Ron and Richard as well. Be assured that God will be good to Armen!

Terry Crabb and I work at the Palatine Library and have known Armen for 10 years. We were shocked and saddened by his passing. Armen was truly an outstanding person. His genuine caring and warm-heartedness always brightened our days. His kindness, helpfulness and energy never left him. He always looked on the bright side. The world needs more people like him. He will be deeply missed. God's blessings to his family and close friends. We have all lost a beautiful friend.
With sympathy,

I just recently met Armen at Blackhawk community center and though I spoke to him only briefly, my fist impression was that of a very kind man who was excited about the arrival of another grandchild. My sincerest apologies to his family. I'm sure he'll be greatly missed.
