We just heard about this sad, sad passing. The members of the Steirer Club of Chicago will miss seeing him at the Steirer Picnic. I enjoyed his company many times as he would come to the Steirer Alm to visit just to enjoy the beauty of the Alm. He sent me many pictures he made at the Steirer Alm and would always write in german His "steirische" accent always made me smile. I am very sorry for your loss, he was a very nice person.
