Antoinette Guth Obituary

Guth, Antoinette 76, of 14255 S. Cicero Ave., in Crestwood, IL., formerly of Ladd & Oaklawn, IL., died at 11:15 a.m., Friday, April 16, 2004 in the Crestwood Nursing Home in Crestwood, IL., where she had resided for the past several years. Funeral services will be at 10:30 Monday morning in St. Benedict Church in Ladd with the Rev. Harold Datzman, OSB officiating. Burial will be in Valley Memorial Park. Visitation will at time of service. Hurst Funeral Home in Ladd is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Guth was born in Ladd on May 15, 1927 on William and Lillian DeGregorio Campbell. For many years, Mrs. Guth lived in the Chicago area. Mrs. Guth is survived by five daughters: Debbie (Bob) Somerville of Lockport, Kathy (Terry) O'Malley of Chicago, Patty Guth of Midlothian, Mary and Joan Guth of Chicago and five sons: Jeff (Winda) Guth of Richmond, Virginia, Peter (Jeanne) Guth of Palos Hills, Rick (Debbie) Guth of Lockport, Brian (Kerin) Guth of Clarendon Hills and Dan Guth of Oak Forest; 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; also one sister, Jane Bubick of Colorado Springs, Colo. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister. 815-223-0380
