Dear Sam and Nancy ,
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. We realize your father fought a very long and tough battle and never gave up . God finally said enough is enough and now will give Anthony a place to be at peace. I know what it is like to loose a father and it takes time to learn how to deal with his loss. I believe we never heal from a loss of a parent but over time i do believe it teaches us to be grateful and to not take life for granted. I hope you always hear Anthony's voice and his words of wisdom that he left you . We love you very much Brad and Donna Manzara

Nancy and Sam please accept our deepest sympathy on the passing of your wonderful, loving father. You were both blessed with adoring parents and they in turn had the love and respect that every parent dreams of. He will be greatly missed by all. We are sorry we are not there to bid him farewell. I have had the pleasure to work with Tony at the Laboratory for Astrophysics and Space Research at the University of Chicago and it has been a wonderful experience. Tony was a great coworker and a wonderful teacher. My sympathies to the family and especially to Nancy and Sam who will miss a great father.
