We knew Tony growing up in South Deering. Even though we lost contact over the years we alway remembered him fondly.Our condolences to the Lowery family.

My sincere condolences to the entire Lowery family at this sad time. I have known Tony since the late 1950's when we were members of the South Deering Boys Club. We worked alongside each other in several assignments with the CPD. He had a physical presence that was overshadowed by a quiet inner peace. He could always be counted on in a tight spot. He will missed by all who knew him well.
