Anthony "Tony" Forde Sr.

Anthony Forde Obituary

Forde Sr., Anthony "Tony" of Export, PA, died unexpectedly Sunday, March 1, 2009. He was born June 11, 1957, in Michigan. Son of the late Nebert and Jessie Forde. He was the beloved father of Anthony "TJ" and Kris Forde, from the union of his first marriage to Mary Forde, also, surviving are his adoptive family the Strotters, Joseph and Bernice, siblings Elizabeth, Joseph, Michael and a host of bother and sisters-in-law: Thressa and Joey Eckles, Gloria and Don Miller, Marketa Kristofek, and a host of nieces and nephews. Services are being held on Saturday, March 14, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. at The New Bible Baptist Church, 301 South Grand Blvd., Gary, IN 46403. Info 219-938-5800

Mary and Tony's children, I am saddened to read about Tony's passing. Although it has been 25+ years since I've seen him, I still smiled when thinking about our time together at Acme Steel in Riverdale. (Tony working nights and going to Loyola) My prayers are with you and his family.
