Amato, Anthony John Louis beloved husband of Donna (Williamson) Szopinski-Amato of Plainfield, departed this earth Saturday, December 7, 2002, to join his mother, Ella Angelina Marie (Cambrone) Amato, his father, Antonio Amato, first wife, Clara Louise (Jacques) Amato, son, James Anthony Amato, sister, Marianna M. Moses. He will be truely missed by his son, Anthony E. (Debbie) Amato, daughter, Donna Lemaire-Soltis, sister, Mary Therese Amato, grandchildren, Robert, Richard and Gina Lemaire, Anthony and Charles Amato, stepsons, James (Linda), Daniel (Rita), David (Donna) and Joseph (Naomi) Szopinski, stepdaughter, Julie Szopinski (David) Weisbecker, 14 step-grandchildren. Funeral services Tuesday, December 10, 2002, 7:00 p.m. at Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Road, Joliet. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Diabetes Association, 30 N. Michigan Ave., Suite 2015, Chicago, IL 60602 would be appreciated.
