Anne Prestia Obituary

Prestia, Anne (nee Pace) Of Elmwood Park, passed away peacefully on Aug. 16, 2018 at home at 2:59 p.m. She was born June 18, 1923, and was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 46 years, Joseph, whom she married at Chicago's Our Lady of Sorrows. The loving mother of two daughters, Fran (Donna Clesen) Prestia and Annette (Louis) Rociola both of Elmwood Park. Anne leaves one cherished grandson, Vincent Rociola, and her precious great-granddaughter, Stella, both of Chicago. She was a friend to many. Anne belonged to St. Vincent Ferrer's Parish since 1976 and was a member of St. Vincent Ferrer's Senior Club. She bowled for St. Vincent's for many years. Memorial Contributions may be offered to St. Jude Hospital, Memphis, TN. The family will receive friends Monday from 9-10 a.m. for a Visitation directly at St. Vincent Ferrer Parish, 1530 Jackson Ave., River Forest, IL 60305. Mass to follow at 10 a.m. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery, 3100 Thatcher Ave., River Grove, IL 60171.
