Dear Crystal, Claude and family,
I was so sadden to hear today 17 June 2010 about Soror Anna Lethia Brown Broomes spiritual departure. I so loved & admired your Mother. I majored in Design and pledged Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. My greatest memory is when I held your Mom's hand during the conclusion our Regional Conference in Indianapolis. She was a great woman. Our great Godesses Dorothy Height now Anna is passing the mantel to us. Love, Debra Darcelle Gill-Mason and the Mason family

To The Entire Broomes Family words can't convey of just how I feel. Mrs Broomes was a friend, a Soror and a woman of many hats. She was a Good Will Ambassdor and no one was to small or to large to fit into her circle of friends. She was the Queen of Host ing Gala parties and her questioned always was is everyone happy?
Mrs. Broomes will be missed expecially by me her smile and her one of a kind laughter.
She was real through and through and believed in the underdog and the less unfortunate. God has not forgot what she sowed into the Kingdom and she has been rewarded by HIS standards. Praise God!
Heaven is happier and I know Mrs. Broomes is too.
May her memories get sweetier and sweetier as the days go by. Broomes Family be strong and continue to live out a rich and fulfilling Legacy of Mrs Anna L. Broomes.
