Nick, Ann L. Age 61, dear wife of Paul E. Nick, daughter of Elsa T. Levi and the late Harry J. Levi. Loving mother of Benjamin (Rebecca) Nick and Eleanor (David) Kirtley and adoring grandmother of Bradley Nick. Dear sister of Katherine (John) Clay. Ann was a pivotal family member, dedicated teacher at Evanston Township and Highland Park High Schools, devoted friend, active member of the North Shore Unitarian Church and world traveler. Her beautiful voice added joy to her life and the lives of many others. Visitation Sunday, October 14 from 6 - 9 PM and Monday, October 15 from 11:15 - 12 Noon. Funeral service to follow at 12 Noon at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road, (one block north of Lake Cook Road) Buffalo Grove. Interment private. I am so sorry to come across this sad news. Someone just posted a photo of Ms. Nick on Facebook and I mentioned how much I enjoyed having her as a teacher. (I've posted the photo here.) I had her as a freshman at ETHS in 1977-78 for Humanities which she co-taught with Ms. Frazier. My condolences go out to her family.
