Andrew Jaskierski Obituary

I am deeply saddened to hear about the death of "Little Andy." As a kid growing up in Chicago, I so enjoyed hanging out with him and his family at Loon Lake. I have such fond memories of him. My condolences to his entire family and friends.

I am deeply sorry for your family's loss. I had the honor of working for Andy and Divane Brothers in my early years as an electrician and Andy made a great impact on my life, I can only hope that I can be as good a husband, a father and a friend as he in my life. Please know that he will be dearly missed by so, so many people and my family and myself will keep you all in our prayers. Andy was a great guy and a great foreman. He took care of his people and he knew how to run a job. I only worked for him for a year but he always had time to say hello and in spite of all the people he had to deal with in a day, he could still remember your name. I am very sorry for your loss.

We knew him as a warm, loving man, husband, and father, a hard worker who always took excellent care of his family, and a guy who knew how to have fun. We are devastated by his loss and cannot comprehend why such a wonderful, caring person had to be taken from us so soon. Dear Sheila and Family, I am so sorry to hear the bad news about Andy. It does not seem that long ago we were all friends, well, like brothers, back in college. Most of our best memories include Andy "Hawk". Those were such good times, and we will miss him dearly. He will always be in our memories and in our hearts.

I ran into your family at my niece's graduation from DePauw University a few years ago. Although I did not keep up with him since college, Andy seemed like the same guy I remember from those days.

Although I did not know Andy very well, I always felt I was with a long time friend when he was around. The annual corn roast and running into him after game 1 of the World Series will always be my favorite memories.
