Every fall I think of Andy when I go to the cottage in Michigan. He loved it there; with the leaves all changing colors and reflecting on the lake, I can feel his spirit there. Rest easy, Andy.

Andy was a great friend and a gentle spirit. He had a wonderful sense of humor and an open heart. He helped me at our cottage in Michigan, once when I was desperate, and was especially kind to my daughter Annie. Andy was an artist, a complicated soul, with compassion and empathy for others. We greatly enjoyed spending time with Andy, and we miss him...gone too soon.

Andy was a great friend to my and my family. He was a gentle giant who made the world a better place. His sons are his living legacy; they reflect him as a person and as a father. Rest in peace, Andy. The world was a better place because you were in it.
