Alvin James "Jimmy" Hulin, 62, of Metairie, Louisiana, companion of Ernie Apodaca for 38 years, died at his residence on the afternoon of Thursday, January 18, 2001. Memorial services are scheduled for Sunday, February 4, 2001, 3 p.m., at Bultman Funeral Home, 3338 St. Charles Avenue, New Orleans, officiated by the Rev. Teodoro Agudo, O.F.M. Cap. Visitation will follow at the funeral home. Interment will be private at Garden of Memories. Memorial donations are appreciated to American Cancer Society, 2200 Veterans Memorial Boulevard No. 214, Kenner, LA 70062 or a charity of the donor's choosing.
